I imagine that they’re both getting ready for bed, Francis having already put on his night shirt and Arthur just got out of the shower. He’s in an unusual, cuddly mood so he basically just pushes Francis onto the bed and proceeds to cover his face with gentle kisses.
Which makes Francis all too happy because those moments are rare.
